Coolman Entertainment Ltd., a burgeoning online game operator annouced its 3rd-round financing on a press conference held in Shanghai New Jinjiang Hotel on Mar.10. The investors include United Capital Investment (UCI), SHVC(Hong Kong) and SHVC(International). Before that , Coolman has already got investment successively from UCI and SCVC.

As for being a member in the incubator of Multimedia Park Venture Capital (MPVC), which is also a portfolio of UCI, Coolman benefits greatly from various resources that MPVC has. MPVC not only help Coolman to get more concern from venture capital firms through its VC network, but also set up a professional team to assist Coolman to deal with all the financing and legal affairs for its lack of experiences in capital operation. Besides, the extensive advertising network supplied by other mambers in MPVC's incubator can also support Coolman by product promotion.

On the press conference, Coolman also announced its co-operation with Beijing Federal Software Corp., a well-known online games agent, to push its product named PlanetSide. Federal Software is now taking the leadership in online games marketing and promotion in China. It used to be an agent for some famous online games including The Legend of Shanda, MU of the9.com and Xiyou Online of Netease.
